Here are the first couple of screenshots of the multiplayer map I am working on, "Xeric Collapse". As you can see, this is clearly a take on Halo: Combat Evolved's "Blood Gulch", except my take on the idea is that it will now be set in an urban environment, rather than the original eroded gulch. This will feature newer terrain aspects.

Description: After the Human-Covenant war, it was evident the Covenant's glassing technology had torn a hole into many of the UNSC strongholds and cities causing mass destruction. One victim was the UNSC's "Scypher" outpost, which now forms as both a site of devastation, and an immense battle ground, this has now been integrated into many of the current War-Games simulations.
